Bob Floro, brings over 30 years of experience in education and delivery of healthcare to the HME Advantage team. He most recently served as the Director of the Home Care Accreditation Program at The Joint Commission. Bob’s leadership positions include roles in community health, acute care and academic institutions. Mr. Floro holds a Master of Science in Leadership from the Ken Blanchard College of Business, in addition to degrees in Sociology, and Respiratory Care. He is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and currently resides in
Mitch Naylor, left, originally from Wyoming, brings 30 years of data processing and computer systems experience to the team. Twenty of those years are in HME management, including the development and operational management of information and compliance systems. His success in the analysis, negotiation and competitive bids has helped secure over $50M in contracts.
Jeff Souza, center, was born and raised in Northern California. His career in health care has ranged from nursing to business development and he has been a leader in bringing common-sense accreditation and improved business performance to the HME industry. Jeff is a nationally recognized speaker, author and advocate for home medical care. He has guided over 400 successful accreditation surveys and continues to prove that "quality creates profit."
Steve Vinci, right, has 30 years experience in respiratory care. His roots are in Chicago where he earned his R.R.T. credential. Now a "native" Californian, he provides leadership to a $15M operation and has personally managed 11 successful JCAHO accreditations. He serves on the board of the California Association of Medical Product Suppliers (CAMPS), a statewide advocate for home care. Steve was also appointed to the Home Care PTAC with the Joint Commission and has served for five years, including as its chair.
